Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will my dog be registered?

A. Yes! These are pure-bred dogs who's litters will be registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) or the United Kennel Club (UKC). An application for Unlimited Registration from the AKC or the UKC will be provided to the buyer. Actual registration and fees will be the Buyers responsibility. A three-generation pedigree can be obtained at the time of registration, if desired.

 

2. What if I change my mind?

 

A. The puppy may be returned to the Seller if they fail your veterinary exam within 3 working days after receiving the puppy.. When returned, the Seller will refund monies to the Buyer of the purchase price less any fees or deposit provided that the animal has not been injured in any way.

3. How do I pay for my dog?

​

A. To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 must be made to the Seller. The deposit will be deducted from the purchase price at the time of delivery. All costs associated with the shipping or returning the puppy will be at the buyers expense. Before the puppy is shipped the final payment of the purchase price must made to the Seller as stipulated in the purchase contract. These payments can be made by personal check, postal or bank money order, or through Venmo or PayPal. Account information will be provided as necessary for Venmo and PayPal.

4. How do I receive my dog?

​

A. We offer an Air Courier/Nanny delivery service to your nearest large airport. The cost of this service is NOT included in the purchase price. Additionally, you may select your own delivery service and arrange for pick-up and delivery of the dog, or if you are fairly local to us, you may make arrangements to pick-up the dog yourself. If you are any distance away, we highly recommend our delivery service.
